The Collarum® has been used extensively throughout the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Spain & Australia for the capture of canines. The military has used them on bases in Iraq & Afghanistan for the humane removal of feral dogs. Developed in co-operation with the USDA National Wildlife Research Center in Fort Collins, CO. & extensively field tested. We are pleased to be offering this product as it is the latest technology development in live-capture cable restraint systems.

The ACO Special Domestic Dog kit includes all the components needed to effectively set this device for canine capture. The Domestic Dog Collarum model was created to effectively attract and capture dogs, while allowing them to relax once captured as they would if collared & leashed. The kit includes: Domestic Dog Model Collarum, rebar stakes, base stakes, security cable, canine specific lure, lure applicator, two different bait holders and 2nd Relax-a-lock cable.

The Domestic Dog unit utilizes a 3/16" cable with a Relaxalock and an adjustable stop affixed to the cable to accommodate a 30 - 70lb. dog.

Collarum® for FOX has arms which are 1" shorter than the coyote model to accommodate the smaller stance of a fox and utilizes a 8.5"-9" cable loop for animals up to 20 lbs. or with a smaller head; the cable diameter used for the fox model is 5/32" with an appropriately sized Shurlock. The fox model Collarum® also requires less space for setting versus the coyote model.

Collarum® Deluxe for WOLF is a humane, canine-specific live capture device specially designed for capturing wolves and animals of a similar size. The base unit includes a longer trigger and throw arms to accommodate the longer stance of a wolf. The cable assembly constructed of 3/16" 7x19 Galvanized aircraft cable has a heavy-duty stainless-steel lock, a 135 lb. shock spring, a moveable stop on the cable to adjust for target animal, and a stainless swivel with Quick Link for anchoring.

Collarum Canine Bait (CCB) causes an excellent "bite & pull" response from all canines, which is necessary for activating the Collarum. Originally developed as an M44 bait, CCB also is an excellent performer at grub stakes, walk throughs, and dirt hole sets. As an added bonus we have found this canine meat-based food bait to be an excellent spring skunk & raccoon bait. Don't let the name fool you, CCB is the Original "Grab & Pull" bait and is a bait which all canines find extremely attractive, and aggressively pursue, no matter what the set or circumstance.
