When you place an order at Vet-Pro.com we ask you to provide your name, address, email address, and credit card information so that we may fulfill your order. This information is stored in our customer database in a secure area. We do not share or sell this information to anyone else. 

When you subscribe to our email list, we will not share your email address with anyone else. The email list is a private list intended only for notification from Vet-Pro™ to you. In order to improve your shopping experience at Vet-Pro.com, we may track the way customers are shopping. However, personal information such as your name and email address is not included in this analysis.

Security

We use digital authentication services provided by GeoTrust to ensure that orders are secure. The security features are automatic, meaning you don't need to do anything special to activate them.

Once you've added an item to your shopping cart and entered your shipping and billing addresses, you will enter a secured area where you may fill in your credit card information. You can verify your connection is secure in two ways:

1. You should see a very small image at the bottom of your browser of either a closed padlock or a solid key, versus a broken key.
2. You should see "https: instead of "http:" at the beginning of the URL address at the top of your browser. (You may need to click in the address window and scroll the window to the left to view the beginning of the address.)
